Making Progress, slow but sure.

Well we have finally moved on to the last phase of the home remodeling...the basement. We've been avoiding this part this part of the house for a reason...it's dingy and nasty, but hopefully not for long. This is a pic of Erich and our friend's son Logan sheetrocking the ceiling. I was quite relieved it was Logan and not me helping Erich lift that sheetrock :) Not to worry I made a major contribution mudding and taping...which happens to be one of my not so favorite remodeling tasks!

This is a picture my brother sent of me and his little son Leyton and I. He is such an adorable baby it makes me super excited for own little guy to arrive. Although with Erich and I's temperment we probably won't be blessed to have a baby with the super mellow & happy go lucky personality that Leyton has! One can always hope Right!!!

Summers in Grangeville are simply perfect. Nice and hot during the day, nice and cool at night...and best of all days and days of sunshine. Although we don't get out as much as we would like, Erich, Libby and I did manage to slip away for an afternoon in the river. It was divine! In the pic Erich is trying to outswim Libby, which is actually quite the task. It has been so fun to hang out with Erich for a little bit before the big fire rush hits. I'm definitely savoring every minute of it.

I still can't believe how much ou guys have doen on the house in such a short amount of time. I wish I had your guys' ambition. The river looks very refreshing. About, temperments, you never know what will happen...I don't think Morgan or I have anger issues, but Keiger, that is a differnet story. I am sure your boy will be perfect.

Sounds like you guys are keeping super busy. I'll tell you that Miss summers are definitely not perfect, but it's funny how you adjust, now 78 feels pretty cool at nights. Rumor is that you've guys have decided on a first name congrats on such a feat!
