So my nephew sent us "Flat Stanley" and asked us to take him on adventures around Idaho. So that was our weekend fun---toting Flat Stanley around to visit the beauty of Grangeville. We went skiing to our favorite little Rustic Cabin and snowshoeing to a great vista point overlooking Whitebird pass. It was a gorgeous weekend and a great reminder of just how lucky we are to live in such a cool place.
We also hung out with our friends who were thinking of buying a puppy...hence the pic of the adorable lil' lab/retriever pup.

instead of flat stanley, how about toting around a round raeann?
you guys have too much fun, you make me jealous. Little jake is not so little any more. pretty soon he will be on his own skis or snowshoes. fun stuff
That looks so great, and beautiful. THat little puppy is so cute, makes me want to get one, but I have to remember they don't stay that little for long.
I love it... you guys give us hope that there is still fun after having children! So may people say "enjoy it now before you have kids"! Well, I'm going to start sending them to your blog and say, this is what we are going to be like! Glad you guys are having fun... and he is getting so big!! Miss ya.
normally, i would have no idea who flat stanley is.
but we recently had a student admitted to our program and one of the girls i work with always calls him stanley! (i guess he looks like him!)
that's funny I noticed flat stanley in your last post. one of my cousins sent him to us once and we went around taking picture too- although none of ours were as cool as yours. how did flat stanley fair after his trip in the snow by the snow show, soggy? it looks beautiful there and jacob looks as happy as ever, hope life is treating you well
